Pursuant to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act, orders the following: (1) for the duration of the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamations, specified provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure that permit the service of a garnishment summons, wage deduction summons, or citation to discover assets on a consumer debtor or consumer garnishee are suspended; (2) nothing in this Executive Order shall be construed to apply to domestic support obligations, including child support and spousal maintenance obligations; (3) no provision of this Executive Order shall be construed as relieving a debtor of any liability.
