SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of William "Red" Dolinar, formerly of North 
4Chicago, who passed away on October 19, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, William Dolinar was born in Waukegan to Edward Sr. 
6and Eleanor (Fagan) Dolinar; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, William Dolinar was an avid outdoorsman; he 
8enjoyed fishing, traveling, and being surrounded by nature; he 
9had a love of dogs and cats; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, William Dolinar spent time living in Shawano, 
11Wisconsin and Punta Gorda, Florida; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, William Dolinar was preceded in death by his 
13parents and his brother, Edward Dolinar Jr.; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, William Dolinar is survived by his wife, Lisa, and 
15numerous family members and friends; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18William Dolinar and extend our sincere condolences to his 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
