| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Thomas O. "Tom" Falb, who passed away on |
| 4 | | October 25, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was born in Chicago; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Tom Falb worked as a lawyer in the Alton and St. |
| 7 | | Louis areas; he was Assistant State's Attorney in Madison |
| 8 | | County and had a 40-year career as a trial attorney with the |
| 9 | | law firms Reed, Armstrong and Gorman and Williamson, Webster, |
| 10 | | Falb & Glisson; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was known for a variety of talents; he |
| 12 | | was lead guitarist for his band, The Infidels; he was a pilot, |
| 13 | | sailor, hunter, and snorkeler; he was often the life of the |
| 14 | | party and was most known for the love he had for his wife and |
| 15 | | children; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Tom Falb was a loving husband to his wife, Sandy |
| 17 | | Falb; a caring and supportive father to his children, Jorie, |
| 18 | | Danielle, and Derek; and brother to John, Monty, and Becky; |
| 19 | | therefore, be it
