| 3 | | learn of the death of Barbara Josephine Koeller Kramer of |
| 4 | | Bunker Hill, who passed away on November 11, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Kramer was born in Hannibal, Missouri to |
| 6 | | Marion and Ruth (Main) Koeller on July 2, 1936; she graduated |
| 7 | | from Lindenwood College and Southern Illinois University in |
| 8 | | Edwardsville, where she earned a bachelor's degree in music and |
| 9 | | master's degrees in music and music education; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Kramer was a professional music
performer |
| 11 | | and educator; she taught music for the Southwestern School
|
| 12 | | District, Lewis & Clark Community College, and Blackburn |
| 13 | | College; she
was music director for the First Congregational |
| 14 | | Church in Bunker Hill
for 42 years; she also worked at Halpin |
| 15 | | Music in Alton; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Kramer was preceded in death by her |
| 17 | | parents; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Kramer is survived by her daughters, |
| 19 | | Rachel (Mary Lynn Barber) and Claire Kramer (Dan Behnen); her |
| 20 | | brother, Robert
