SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Penny L. Petitclair of Gurnee, who passed 
4away on October 23, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Penny Petitclair was born in Waukegan to Richard 
6and Lorraine (Mathes) Larsen; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Penny Petitclair retired from Valent/Abbott after 
825 years of employment; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Penny Petitclair was a parishioner of the Church 
10of Saint Patrick in Wadsworth; she was an avid bridge player 
11and spent 40 years playing with the same group of players; she 
12was a member of the Bonnie Brook Ladies Golf League and enjoyed 
13making quilts; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Penny Petitclair was preceded in death by her 
15parents; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Penny Petitclair is survived by her husband of 55 
17years, John; her daughters, Deborah (Ron) Koth and Ann (Kevin) 
18Grebner; her grandchildren, Ron Koth, Kyle Koth, Caroline 
19Grebner, and Claire Grebner; her brothers, David (Dian) and 
20Rick (Judi) Larsen; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins;

1therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Penny L. Petitclair and extend our sincere condolences to her 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Penny Petitclair as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
