| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Jack Edward Kincaid of Moline, who passed |
| 4 | | away on October 7, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Jack Kincaid was born in Carbon Cliff to Homer |
| 6 | | Franklin and Thelma Frary Kincaid on November 27, 1932; he |
| 7 | | served in the U.S. Navy for four years and married Sandra |
| 8 | | Wadsager in Silvis on July 11, 1959; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Jack Kincaid was a national customer service |
| 10 | | executive for IBM, retiring in 1991 after 33 years with the |
| 11 | | company; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Jack Kincaid enjoyed playing tennis, golf, |
| 13 | | hiking, bicycling, and boat racing; above all else, he enjoyed |
| 14 | | traveling and spending time with his family; he was an |
| 15 | | especially proud grandpa; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Jack Kincaid was preceded in death by his parents |
| 17 | | and his brother and sister-in-law, William G. and Pat Kincaid, |
| 18 | | and their son, Craig; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Jack Kincaid is survived by his wife of 59 years, |
| 20 | | Sandy; his son, John E. (Mary Gieselman) Kincaid; his daughter, |
