| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Heather Mills-Rogers, who passed away on |
| 4 | | October 15, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Heather Mills-Rogers was born on November 17, |
| 6 | | 1978; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Heather Mills-Rogers was the beloved wife of Alan |
| 8 | | Rogers (CPD); the loving mother of Evan and Ellie; the beloved |
| 9 | | daughter of Karen and Glenn Mills; the daughter-in-law of Linda |
| 10 | | and Michael Rogers; the dear sister of Richard (Nicole) Mills |
| 11 | | and Laura (Nick) Doerner; the loving sister-in-law of Michael |
| 12 | | Rogers; and the loving aunt and godmother of many; therefore, |
| 13 | | be it

| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 | | Heather Mills-Rogers and extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 17 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 18 | | further
