SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Robert Russell "Bob" Wiggins of 
4Carlinville, who passed away on September 27, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was born in Chesterfield to Kenneth 
6and Ruby (Chism) Wiggins on October 25, 1936; he graduated from 
7Carlinville High School in 1954 and Brown's Business College in 
81955; he married Jodie Talkington in Shipman on October 5, 
91957; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was a Sales Manager for Prairie Farms 
11Dairy in Carlinville for over 40 years; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was a member of Ss Mary and Joseph 
13Catholic Church in Carlinville and the Knights of Columbus; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins was preceded in death by his parents; 
15his son, Terry Joseph Wiggins; his brother, Donald Lee Wiggins; 
16and his sister, Phyllis Denbrook; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Bob Wiggins is survived by his wife, Jodie; his 
18son, Robert Anthony "Tony" Wiggins; his daughter, Joan 
19Elizabeth Randazzo; his grandchildren, Haley Elizabeth 
20Wiggins, Robert Joseph Wiggins, Sophia Randazzo, and Jack

1Randazzo; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews; therefore, 
2be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Robert Russell "Bob" Wiggins and extend our sincere condolences 
6to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
7it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Bob Wiggins as an expression of our 
10deepest sympathy.
