| 3 | | learn of the death of Vera Novalard Randolph-Ventimiglia of |
| 4 | | Wood River, who passed away on September 17, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Vera Randolph-Ventimiglia was born in Mount |
| 6 | | Vernon to Thomas Newton and Novalard Tennesse (Bean) Willmore |
| 7 | | on April 16, 1929; she married William Thompson Randolph; she |
| 8 | | later married Anthony J. Ventimiglia; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Vera Randolph-Ventimiglia was the owner of Alton |
| 10 | | Answering Services and the Doctor's Exchange for over 30 years; |
| 11 | | and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Vera Randolph-Ventimiglia was a member of the |
| 13 | | Hearts Harvest Church and the Alton VFW Post 1308 Auxiliary; |
| 14 | | and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Vera Randolph-Ventimiglia was preceded in death |
| 16 | | by her first husband, William; her second husband, Anthony; her |
| 17 | | parents; and her siblings, Lee Willmore and Verda Culli; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Vera Randolph-Ventimiglia is survived by her |
| 19 | | children, Vicki (John) Uram, Devin "Kim" (Gail) Randolph, and |
| 20 | | D'Ann Randolph; her brother, Glen Willmore; eight |
