SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Shari L. Caine, who passed away on March 
430, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Shari Caine was born in Shelbyville on April 19, 
61965; she graduated from  Southern Illinois University and 
7received her master's degree from Eastern Illinois University; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Shari Caine was the Executive Director of the Des 
10Plaines History Center; she joined the center in 1997; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Shari Caine was a member of the Des Plaines 
12Kiwanis Club and the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Shari Caine was the loving wife of Dennis 
14Fratamico; the beloved daughter of Mary (Robert) Abbott and Ed 
15(the late Ann) Caine; and the dearest niece and cousin to many; 
16therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Shari L. Caine, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
20family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
