SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Suzanne A. Lindsay of Gurnee, who passed 
4away on June 13, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay was born in Waukegan on May 22, 
61961; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay worked as an attorney and 
8practiced law in Lake County for many years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay was active in her Catholic church; 
10she was a member of the Lumen Cordium Society and was involved 
11in supporting numerous charities, including Beacon Place and 
12the Boy and Girls Club of Door County; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Suzanne Lindsay is survived by her husband of 32 
14years, William C. Lindsay; her daughter, Jillian Brooks; her 
15son, Will Lindsay; her  granddaughter, Dorothy;  and her 
16siblings, Kate, Steve, and Julie; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Suzanne A. Lindsay, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
20family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
