SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Rebecca Cain "Becky" Fowler of Urbana, 
4who passed away on May 12, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Becky Fowler was born in Danville to Gerald and 
6Patricia Clementz Cain on October 14, 1957; she graduated from 
7Mahomet Seymour High School; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Becky Fowler was employed by the Meyer Capel Law 
9Firm for 21 years; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Becky Fowler loved spending time with her family; 
11and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Becky Fowler was preceded in death by her parents 
13and her brother, Michael Cain; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Becky Fowler is survived by her daughter, Kari 
15(Dale) Komnick; her  granddaughters, Emily (Jacob) Hobson and 
16Samantha Komnick; her great-granddaughter, Remington; her  
17sister, Tami Smaha; two nephews; and several aunts, uncles, and 
18cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Rebecca Cain "Becky" Fowler, and extend our sincere condolences 
3to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to  the family of  Rebecca Fowler as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
