SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Charles R. Rauch of East Moline, who 
4passed away on March 17, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Charles Rauch was born in Painesville, Ohio to 
6Kenneth and Colletta Negus Rauch on May 3, 1941; he served in 
7the United States Army from 1959 to 1965 and in the United 
8States Air Force from 1971 until 1972; he married Kitty Hodge 
9Stiner on December 31, 1994; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Charles Rauch retired from the John Deere Seeding 
11Plant; and
  
 

  
12    WHEREAS, Charles Rauch is survived by his wife, Kitty; his 
13sons, John and Richard Rauch; and his four grandchildren; 
14therefore, be it
  
 
15    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
16ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
17Charles R. Rauch and extend our sincere condolences to his 
18family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
19further
  
 
20    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
