| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Walter "Wally" T. Koziol, who passed away |
| 4 | | on February 7, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Wally Koziol was born to John and Catherine |
| 6 | | (Bodame) Koziol on March 10, 1938; he married his high school |
| 7 | | sweetheart, Frances Tomkowicz, and they celebrated 58 years of |
| 8 | | marriage; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Wally Koziol worked at Johnson Motors for 36 |
| 10 | | years; he later worked at the Lake Forest High School teacher's |
| 11 | | cafeteria; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Wally Koziol enjoyed cooking at the Knights of |
| 13 | | Columbus, where he was a Third Degree Member; he was a people |
| 14 | | person and an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs; he enjoyed |
| 15 | | traveling and parties; his greatest joy was his family; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Wally Koziol was preceded in death by his parents |
| 17 | | and his brother, John; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Wally Koziol is survived by his children, Richard |
| 19 | | (Mari) and Bruce (Karen); his sister-in-law, Sally; his |
| 20 | | sister-in-law and brother-in-law, John and Pat; his |
