SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Ron Chaney of Springfield, who passed 
4away on December 1, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ron Chaney was born in Kansas City, Missouri to 
6Delis Eugene and Beverly Fern Delos Chaney on January 3, 1961; 
7he married Betty Bunch in June 2016; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Ron Chaney worked for A&M Towing and Auto Salvage; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Ron Chaney enjoyed listening to country music, 
11working on cars, going to cookouts, and fishing; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Ron Chaney was preceded in death by his parents; 
13and his mother-in-law, Ethel Southern; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Ron Chaney is survived by his wife, Betty Chaney; 
15his son, Donald Chaney; his granddaughter, Olivia Chaney; his 
16siblings, Ricky, James, Terry, and Cathy Chaney; and his many 
17nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Ron Chaney and extend our sincere condolences to his family, 
2friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
