SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Tori Renee Carroll of Alhambra and 
4Staunton, who passed away on November 30, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Tori Carroll was born in Alton to Kevin and Tricia 
6Carroll on August 19, 1997; she earned a Bachelor's Degree in 
7Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies from Murray 
8State University in 2017, where she worked in the office of 
9Student Support Services; she was a law student at Chase 
10College of Law at Northern Kentucky University; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Tori Carroll was a member of Zion Lutheran Church 
12and a member of the Tri Sigma Alumnae Sorority; and
  
 

  
13    WHEREAS, Tori Carroll is survived by her parents; her 
14boyfriend, Chris "Biz" Bizzle; her grandparents, Tom and 
15Annette Crosley; her aunts and uncles, Valeri and Jerry Vallade 
16and Mike and Stephanie Crosley; her adopted grandparents, Al 
17and Lori Scheller; her adopted aunts and uncles, Sean and Angie 
18Abernathy and Tim and Jerilyn Copeland; and her cousins, Alex, 
19Nick, Luke, Logan, Michael, Ty, and Ashton; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
21ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Tori Renee Carroll and extend our sincerest condolences to her 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
