SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Timothy Joseph "TJ" Kristan, who passed 
4away on September 20, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, TJ Kristan was born to Joe and Judie (Ryan) 
6Kristan on May 9, 1978; he grew up in Beach Park; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, TJ Kristan began his career at the family 
8business, J&J Powder Coating, when he was 20 and worked there 
9until his passing; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, TJ Kristan enjoyed watching baseball with his 
11sons, CSI crime shows, and the Food Network; he was a big fan 
12of auto racing, especially sprint car racing, and was his twin 
13brother's number one fan, always cheering him from turn four; 
14he enjoyed riding his Harley with his dad, brother, and 
15friends; he will be remembered for his sense of humor, smile, 
16and laugh; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, TJ Kristan was preceded in death by his maternal 
18and paternal grandparents; his uncles, Steve Buckner and Kevin 
19Kristan; his aunt, Kathy Ryan; and his infant cousin, Gavyn 
20Bruce; and

1    WHEREAS, TJ Kristan is survived by his parents; his son, 
2Anthony Joseph "AJ"; his longtime girlfriend, Shannon Miller 
3and their son, Jackson Reed; his twin brother, Brian (Annalisa) 
4his nieces, Karissa and Kennedi; his special aunts, uncles, and 
5cousins; and his many friends; therefore, be it
  
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
8Timothy Joseph "TJ" Kristan and extend our sincere condolences 
9to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
10it further
  
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
12presented to the family of TJ Kristan as an expression of our 
13deepest sympathy.
