| 4 | | Park City, who passed away on August 15, 2017; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Eric Holderbaum retired after 40 years as a police |
| 6 | | officer; he was a veteran of the United States Marines; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, Eric Holderbaum was the fond son of the late Chuck |
| 8 | | and Erma (Heiser) Holderbaum; the beloved husband of 25 years |
| 9 | | of Joyce (Vikre) Holderbaum; the loving father of Lane |
| 10 | | Holderbaum and Debi (Doug) Combs, and Mike (Tracy) Tomasiewicz; |
| 11 | | the dear grandfather of Stephanie Tomasiewicz, Tommy |
| 12 | | (Brittney) Tomasiewicz, Jessica Tomasiewicz, DJ Thomas, Jana |
| 13 | | (Cody) Taylor, Zak Thomas, Jacob Holderbaum, and Tatiana |
