| 3 | | learn of the death of Caitlin Janelle Brockway of Washington, |
| 4 | | who passed away on October 7, 2017; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Caitlin Brockway was born in Peoria to Sheri L. |
| 6 | | Brockway and Robert M. Huskey on April 18, 1991; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Caitlin Brockway worked in Administration for |
| 8 | | UnityPoint Health-Methodist and Proctor Hospitals in Peoria; |
| 9 | | she previously worked for Taco Johns; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Caitlin Brockway was a member of BridgeWay |
| 11 | | Community Church in Pekin; she enjoyed Anime and often attended |
| 12 | | Anime conventions; her children were her world, heart, and |
| 13 | | soul, and she loved them dearly; she enjoyed arts and crafts |
| 14 | | with them and taking them on special little trips; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Caitlin Brockway was preceded in death by her |
| 16 | | maternal grandparents, Howard L. Brockway and Priscilla |
| 17 | | Brockway; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Caitlin Brockway is survived by her parents; her |
| 19 | | son, Carrick S. Kelley; her daughter, Callen H. Kelley; her |
| 20 | | ex-husband, Joseph Kelley II; her brother, Ryan A. Closen; her |
