SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Denise Faith Fagan of Villa Park, who 
4passed away on August 30, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Denise Fagan was born in Melrose Park to Robert E. 
6Sr. and Marie
Fagan on May 9, 1960; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Denise Fagan worked in laboratory services for 
8Quest Diagnostics; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Denise Fagan was a caring, fun-loving, and joyful 
10person who loved to
bring laughter to all those around her; she 
11was a devoted sister, aunt, and cousin
who was beloved by all; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Denise Fagan was preceded in
death by her parents; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Denise Fagan is survived
by her brother, Robert 
16(Patty) Fagan II and his children, Clare and Robert Fagan III;

17and her brother, Harley (Gail) Fagan and his children, Ryan 
18Bliss, Amber (Robert) Gagnepain,
Carley (Matt) Burkhart, and 
19Nick (Angelica) Bliss; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Denise Faith Fagan, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Denise Fagan as an expression of our 
8deepest sympathy.
