| 6 | | Janet Havemann; the loving father of Tina
(Nick) Janopoulos, |
| 7 | | Michael Duval Jr.,
John (Tanya) Duval, and the late
Deanna |
| 8 | | Moneymaker; the dear grandfather
of 13; the fond brother of |
| 9 | | Wayne (Terry)
Yost, the late Robert Duval, and Patricia

| 10 | | Masella; and the dear uncle of many nieces and nephews; |
| 11 | | therefore, be it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 14 | | Michael Rodger Duval Sr., and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 15 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
