SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Bryce Lyn Volkmar of Patoka, who passed 
4away on July 23, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Bryce Volkmar was born in Greenville to Crystal 
6Ennen and Jerad Volkmar on August 28, 2006; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Bryce Volkmar had a gentle smile that could melt 
8the hearts of those around him; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Bryce Volkmar possessed strength, perseverance, 
10and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical 
11challenges; and
  
 
  
12    WHEREAS, Bryce Volkmar is survived by his mother, Crystal 
13Ennen (Matt Leidner); his father, Jerad (Jamie) Volkmar; his 
14sister, Aubree Jade; his half-brother, Caleb Volkmar; his 
15step-sisters, Mackenzie and Alissa Adams; his grandparents, 
16Sharon and Dennis Hustedde, Doug Ennen, and Phyllis and Shane 
17Irvin; his great-grandparents, Dorothy Pollmann, Wilma 
18Volkmar, and Viola Ennen; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins; 
19therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Bryce Lyn Volkmar, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to  the family of  Bryce Volkmar as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
