SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Dale H. Bixenmann of Rockdale, who passed 
4away on July 8, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Dale Bixenmann was born in Wein, Missouri in 1934; 
6and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Dale Bixenmann retired from the International 
8Union Of Operating Engineers Local 150; he was also a member of 
9St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale; and
  
 
  
10    WHEREAS, Dale Bixenmann was preceded in death by his wife, 
11Darlene (Cassem) Bixenmann; his parents, Ben and Katharyn 
12Bixenmann; his brothers, Leland (Lois) and Glen Bixenmann; his  
13sister, Anita Mae (Tony) Morrison; his in-laws, Palmer and 
14Genevieve Cassem; his brother-in-law, Jerry (Ruby) Cassem; and 
15his dear friends, Alvin and Maxine Nannemann; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Dale Bixenmann is survived by his son, Stephen 
17(Donna) Bixenmann; his daughter, Lynn (Mike) Blaser; his 
18grandchildren, Breanne, Kevin (Marie), Eryn (Erik), and 
19Michael; his great-grandchildren, Chloe, Alyssa, Orion, and 
20Damian; his brother-in-law, Mike (Carol) Cassem; his dear 
21family friend, Mary Lou Seeley; and numerous nieces, nephews,

1and good friends; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Dale H. Bixenmann, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Dale Bixenmann as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
