SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Richard Lee Fuller of Milan, who passed 
4away on June 1, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Richard Fuller was born in Davenport, Iowa to 
6James W. Sr. and Inez (Lampson) Fuller  on January 9, 1956;  he 
7served in the United States Marine Corps and retired with the 
8U.S. Army National Guard HQS 2-123; he married Debra Lange in 
9Rock Island on August 4, 1973; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Richard Fuller was employed at the Rock Island 
11Arsenal as a material handler; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Richard Fuller loved camping, playing marbles 
13with his family, and spending time with his grandchildren; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Richard Fuller was preceded in death by his 
15parents and his brother, James Fuller Jr.; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Richard Fuller is survived by his wife of 43 
17years, Debra; his daughter, Stacie Fuller  (Chuck Thompson); his 
18son, Eric (Kelly) Fuller; his grandchildren, Krystin, Keli, 
19Kiani, and Kamdyn Pearson, and Angelina Thompson; and his 
20siblings, Susan Metcalf, Patricia (Jose) Trevino, Robert

2therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Richard Lee Fuller, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
7further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to  the family of  Richard Fuller as an expression of 
10our deepest sympathy.
