| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Richard Allen Makarski of Arlington |
| 4 | | Heights, who passed away on April 13, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Makarski was born in Chicago to Wilfred |
| 6 | | and Ethel (Scarr) Makarski on June 28, 1938; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Richard Makarski was preceded in death by his |
| 8 | | parents; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Richard Makarski is survived by his wife, Gertrude |
| 10 | | "Trudy" Makarski; his son, David S. (Gina) Makarski; his |
| 11 | | grandson, James R. Makarski; his brother, Robert J. (Joanne) |
| 12 | | Makarski; and many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Richard Allen Makarski, and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 16 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 17 | | further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Richard Makarski as an expression of |
| 20 | | our deepest sympathy.
