| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Philip N. "Phil" Mosley of East Moline, |
| 4 | | who passed away on April 8, 2017; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Philip Mosley was born in Centerville, Iowa to |
| 6 | | LeRoy and Clara Watts Mosley on January 24, 1950; he was a |
| 7 | | graduate of Alleman High School Class of 1968; he served in the |
| 8 | | United States Army during the Vietnam War and married Patricia |
| 9 | | Herrera in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on November |
| 10 | | 11, 1972; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Philip Mosley worked at East Moline Metal and |
| 12 | | retired from McLaughlin Body in 2013 after 30 years of service; |
| 13 | | and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Philip Mosley loved animals; he enjoyed fishing, |
| 15 | | and shooting pics with the guys on the pic league; he loved his |
| 16 | | family and especially enjoyed spending time with his |
| 17 | | grandchildren; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Philip Mosley was preceded in death by his parents |
| 19 | | and his sister, Bonnie Motley; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Philip Mosley is survived by his wife of 44 years, |
