SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Theodore L. Huberts Sr. of East Moline, 
4who passed away on April 13, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Theodore Huberts was born in Chicago to Arnold and 
6Clara (Rosehagen) Huberts on August 19, 1930; he served in the 
7United States Army and Navy Reserve and was a Korean War 
8Veteran; he married Carol T. Stedman on November 28, 1953; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Theodore Huberts was a member of Wildwood Baptist 
10Church of East Moline and sang with the Chordbusters; he 
11enjoyed woodworking, talking with people, and loved being with 
12his family; he will be sadly missed; and

  
 
13    WHEREAS, Theodore Huberts was preceded in death by his 
14parents; his wife; two brothers; and one sister; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Theodore Huberts is survived by his children, 
16Theodore (Bonnie) Huberts, Edwin Huberts, Steven Huberts, 
17Pamela (Frank) Spilman, Amy Jo Huberts; eight grandchildren; 17 
18great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren;

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Theodore L. Huberts Sr. and extend our sincere condolences to 
3his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

6presented to the family of Theodore Huberts as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
