| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Nancy L. Boyland of North Chicago, who |
| 4 | | passed away on February 2, 2017; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Nancy Boyland was born in Williamsport, |
| 6 | | Pennsylvania to William and Regina Harper on August 19, 1930; |
| 7 | | and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Nancy Boyland was preceded in death by her |
| 9 | | husband, Patrick; her brothers, William, Keith, and David |
| 10 | | Harper; and her parents; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Nancy Boyland is survived by her children, Jeanne |
| 12 | | (Ronald) Kalinoski, Patrick (Liz) Boyland, Barbara Merrifield, |
| 13 | | Sandra Boyland, and James (Stanze) Boyland; her grandchildren, |
| 14 | | Patrick (Debbie) Boyland Jr., Jay Boyland, Jonathan Boyland, |
| 15 | | Jacqueline (Keith) Beaudoin, Leslie (Nathan) Fenton, Samantha |
| 16 | | (Michael) Nestroy, Katie Boyland, Christina Kalinoski, and |
| 17 | | Jamie Boyland; and 19 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
