SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Patricia W. Gorman of Northbrook, who 
4passed away in 2017 at the age of 93; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Patricia Gorman was a lifetime member of the 
6Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the past President of 
7the Chicago Nutrition Association; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Patricia Gorman was the beloved wife of the late 
9John E. Gorman; the loving mother of Michael Gorman, Christine 
10(Jeffrey) Gartley, Maryl Leonard, and Carolyn (Stephen) Dress; 
11the proud grandmother of Zachary and Kelsey Gorman, Ashley and 
12Bradley Leonard, Kelly and Rachel Dress, and Bailey, Blair, 
13Sydney, and Jake Gartley; the dear sister of the late James 
14Weixel; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be 
15it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Patricia W. Gorman, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
20further
  
 
21    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
