| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Darren L. Evans of El Paso, who passed |
| 4 | | away on January 10, 2017 at the age of 54; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Darren Evans was born in Pontiac to Thomas and |
| 6 | | Pamela Turner Evans on January 9, 1963; he married Teri J. |
| 7 | | Breach in Nashua, Iowa on September 30, 1988; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Darren Evans was employed with the Woodford County |
| 9 | | Sheriff's Department; he retired as the Chief Deputy in 2014; |
| 10 | | he was a member of the Secor Sportsmen's Club, the Fraternal |
| 11 | | Order of Police, and was a 4-H Youth Sports Volunteer; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Darren Evans was preceded in death by his parents; |
| 13 | | and a brother, sister, and granddaughter in infancy; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Darren Evans is survived by his wife, Teri; his |
| 15 | | children, Megan (Earl) Evans, Allison (Eric) Evans-Barras, |
| 16 | | Haley (Zac) Evans, and Adam Evans; his brother and sister, Eric |
| 17 | | (Dawn) Evans and Stephanie (Dan) Myers; therefore, be it
