| 3 | | line 7, after "student", by inserting "from"; and

| 6 | | "(7) A person, including, but not limited to, a |
| 7 | | speech-language pathologist or audiologist licensed under |
| 8 | | the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology |
| 9 | | Practice Act or a nerve conduction technologist, from |
| 10 | | engaging in the practice of neurodiagnostic technology |
| 11 | | subject to applicable laws."; and

| 12 | | on page 6, line 17, after "program", by inserting "or an |
| 13 | | equivalent".
