| 1 | | AN ACT concerning finance.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The State Construction Minority and Female |
| 5 | | Building Trades Act is amended by changing Section 35-15 as |
| 6 | | follows:
|
| 7 | | (30 ILCS 577/35-15)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 35-15. Compilation of building trade data. By March 31 |
| 9 | | 1 of each year, the Illinois Department of Labor shall publish |
| 10 | | and make available on its official website a report compiling |
| 11 | | and summarizing demographic trends in the State's building |
| 12 | | trades apprenticeship programs, with particular attention to |
| 13 | | race, gender, ethnicity, and national origin of apprentices in |
| 14 | | labor organizations and other entities in Illinois based on the |
| 15 | | information submitted to the Department under Section 35-10.
