AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2365 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2365, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
42, on page 4, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the 
5following:
6        "(F) the respondent's intended use of subcontractors 
7    for a project, if any, that are owned or managed by women, 
8    minorities, or persons with disabilities, or any 
9    combination of women, minorities, or persons with 
10    disabilities equal to at least 51% ownership or 51% of the 
11    total number of management personnel."; and 
 
12on page 10, by replacing lines 3 through 10 with the following:
13    "(a) All employees with purchasing power or the power to 
14award proposals under this Code, including State purchasing 
15officers, Chief Procurement Officers, and applicable 
16supportive personnel and staff, as determined by the Chief 
17Procurement Officer, shall complete annual training for
