| 5 | | on page 3, by replacing line 4 with the following:

| 6 | | "Electronic Registration Information Center, except as |
| 7 | | provided in subsection (b-11). |
| 8 | | (b-11) The State Board of Elections may enter into an |
| 9 | | exclusive voter data sharing agreement with a state that: (1) |
| 10 | | borders Illinois, and (2) does not participate in the |
| 11 | | Electronic Registration Information Center.".
