| 3 | | replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following:

| 5 | | purposes of this paragraph (1.06), the prompt payment interest |
| 6 | | rate shall be decreased from (i) 1% per month (or 0.033% per |
| 7 | | day) for bills approved for payment prior to July 1, 2018 to |
| 8 | | (ii) the greater of (A) 0.25% per month (or an annual rate of |
| 9 | | 3%) or (B) an annual rate of 2 times the"; and
