| 5 | | amended by adding Section 15.2 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 15.2. Public access of probation and court services |
| 8 | | funds. All records of the county probation and court services |
| 9 | | division relating to the obligation, receipt, and use of public |
| 10 | | funds of the State or county for probation and court services |
| 11 | | shall be made available to the public for inspection and |
| 12 | | copying. The Supreme Court may by rule establish procedures |
| 13 | | governing public access to records and appropriate fees for |
| 14 | | copies of records. The procedures and fees shall not be more |
| 15 | | than those in the Freedom of Information Act.".
