AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1807




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1807, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
43, on page 2, line 20, by replacing "party to" with "party to: 
5(1)"; and
 
6on page 2, by replacing line 23 with "Assembly; or (2) the 
7renewal or extension of a contract relating to the collecting 
8and final disposition of general construction or demolition 
9debris irrespective of whether the contract automatically 
10renews, is amended, or is subject to a new request for proposal 
11after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th 
12General Assembly."; and


 
13on page 8, line 2, by replacing "party to" with "party to: 
14(1)"; and 
 
15on page 8, line 6, by replacing  line 6 with "100th General

1Assembly; or (2) the renewal or extension of a franchise or 
2contract with a private entity for the collection of general 
3construction or demolition debris from residential or 
4non-residential locations irrespective of whether the 
5franchise or contract automatically renews, is amended, or is 
6subject to a new request for proposal after the effective date 
7of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly.".
