AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1759 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1759 as follows:
 
3on page 14, by replacing line 21 and 22 with the following:
4"a hospital, nursing home, or other in-patient facility where 
5the sex offender is required to reside  as a condition of 
6mandatory supervised release,  probation, or conditional 
7discharge, provided the location of the facility otherwise 
8complies with subsection (a) of Section 8 of this Act."; and
 
9on page 16, lines 3 and 4, by replacing "information of the 
10person's residence" with "photo identification of the 
11registrant"; and
 
12on page 18, line 9, by replacing "an" with "a sex"; and
 
13on page 18, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the 
14following:

1"in-patient facility where the sex offender is required to 
2reside  as a condition of mandatory supervised release, 
3probation, or conditional discharge,  the person shall register 
4that address as his or her fixed residence provided the 
5location of the facility otherwise complies with subsection (a) 
6of Section 8 of this Act. Any person required to register"; and


 
7on page 25, line 14, by replacing "report" with "register 
8report"; and
 
9on page 25, line 20, by replacing "to" with "with to"; and
 
10on page 26, line 15, by replacing "to" with " with to".
