| 5 | | on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 1 the following: |

"Nothing in this Section prohibits an employer from |
| 7 | | enacting a dress code or grooming policy that may include |
| 8 | | restrictions on attire, clothing, or facial hair to maintain |
| 9 | | workplace safety or food sanitation.".
