| 7 | | Sec. 15. Exemptions. |
| 8 | | (a) This Act does not apply to manufactured homes or to |
| 9 | | mobile home parks. |
| 10 | | (b) For purposes of this Act, "manufactured home" and |
| 11 | | "mobile home park" have the meaning provided in Section 3 of |
| 12 | | the Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.".
