AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1328

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1328, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 29, line 2, by replacing "$24" with "$14"; and

on page 29, line 4, by replacing the period with ", $5 deposited into the Court Automation Fund, and $5 deposited into the Court Document Storage Fund."; and

on page 123, line 18, after "(B)", by inserting "any action instituted by the corporate authority of a municipality with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants under Section 11-31-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code and".
