AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1328

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1328, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 10, line 3, after the period, by inserting "Any amount retained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in a county with population of over 3,000,000 shall be subject to appropriation by the county board."; and

on page 17, line 23, by replacing "$1,584" with "$1,609"; and

on page 18, line 13, by replacing "$1,080" with "$1,105"; and

on page 18, line 17, by replacing "$75" with "$100"; and

on page 23, line 15, by replacing "$1,281" with "$1,306"; and

"(a) The clerk of the circuit court may, in consultation with other clerks of the circuit court and with input from units of local government, State departments and agencies, and agencies and organizations who receive funds from fees, fines, assessments, or costs imposed by the court, develop guidelines for recording and record estimates of assessments or fees that would be had if the provisions of the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act and the amendatory changes under this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly had been in effect.

(b) The recorded estimates collected under subsection (a) shall be available to the Criminal and Traffic Assessments and Fees Task Force and any:"; and
