| 18 | | of allocated cost and a description of the methodology used |
| 19 | | in determining such allocation; and |
| 20 | | (11) techniques and practices for allocated costs. |
| 21 | | The privately held water utility shall provide a report |
| 22 | | containing this information for each district served by the |
| 23 | | utility. The privately held public water utilities shall |
| 24 | | certify the accuracy of the information provided under this |
| 25 | | Section.
