AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 986




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 986 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended  
5by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:
 
6    (20 ILCS 5085/20)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)

8    Sec. 20. Report. On or before June 30, 2018 2017, the Human 
9Trafficking Task Force shall report its findings and 
10recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing copies of 
11its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General Assembly 
12Organization Act, and to the Governor.
