| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing |
| 5 | | Agency Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 13 as |
| 6 | | follows:

This Act does not apply to any home health
agency |

and for the adherents of any well
recognized |

practice of the |
| 13 | | religion of such church or religious denomination. |
