| 9 | | availability of the receptacle."; and

| 10 | | on page 2, by replacing line 8 and 9 with the following: |
| 11 | | "render it non-retrievable, and (ii) used exclusively for that |
| 12 | | purpose, and (iii) has been approved by the Environmental |
| 13 | | Protection Agency."; and
