| 3 | | everything from line 23 on page 5 through line 3 on page 6 with |

| 6 | | Sec. 10-730. Exempt properties. The provisions of this |
| 7 | | Division do not apply to a commercial solar energy system that |
| 8 | | is located on any parcel that is exempt from taxation under |
| 9 | | this Code."; and

| 10 | | on page 7, by replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following: |
| 11 | | "energy system is constructed. Upon receiving a copy of the |
| 12 | | survey and an agreed acknowledgement to the separate parcel |
| 13 | | identification number by the owner of the land upon which the |
| 14 | | ground installed commercial solar energy system is |
| 15 | | constructed, the chief county assessment officer shall issue a |
| 16 | | separate parcel identification for the real property |
