AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 67 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 67 on page 2, by 
3inserting immediately below line 20 the following:
 
4    ""Collaborative process matter" does not include any 
5dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue that: (i) is the 
6subject of a pending action under the Juvenile Court Act of 
71987; (ii) is under investigation by the Illinois Department of 
8Children and Family Services pursuant to the Abused and 
9Neglected Child Reporting Act; or (iii) resulted in a currently 
10open case with the Illinois Department of Children and Family 
11Services."; and
 
12on page 6, line 8, by deleting "or"; and
 
13on page 6, by replacing line 12 with the following:
 
14    "representation of a party; or

1        (4) when the process no longer meets the definition of 
2    collaborative process matter."; and
 
3on page 8, by replacing line 21 with the following:
 
4"Domestic Violence Act of 1986, or may prohibit a party or 
5nonparty participant from making a report of abuse, neglect, 
6abandonment, or exploitation of a child or adult under the law 
7of this State."; and
 
8on page 12, by replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following:
 
9        "(2) sought or offered to prove or disprove abuse, 
10    neglect, abandonment, or exploitation of a child or 
11    adult.".
