| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Jean Collins on the |
| 4 | | occasion of her 100th birthday on December 10, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Jean Collins was born on December 10, 1918; she |
| 6 | | worked as a nurse at Rush Medical Center for more than 20 |
| 7 | | years; she retired from Presbyterian-St. Luke's Hospital; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Jean Collins is a member of the Oakdale Missionary |
| 9 | | Baptist Church, where she served as President of Missionary; |
| 10 | | she has been a supporter of the Ora Higgins Youth Foundation; |
| 11 | | and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Jean Collins is a kind and caring mother, |
| 13 | | grandmother, and great-grandmother; she shares her love and |
| 14 | | wisdom with many; therefore, be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 16 | | HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
