HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives hold in high esteem those students who 
4admirably demonstrate their true potential as lifelong 
5learners, involved citizens, and productive members of society 
6through their achievements in various venues of competition; 
7and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Caleb Grohmann of Red Bud is a senior studying 
9animal sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Caleb Grohmann recently enhanced his already 
11impressive record of achievement when he earned an Outstanding 
12Senior in Animal Sciences recognition from the Division of 
13Animal Sciences in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural 
14Resources; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Caleb Grohmann will receive his Outstanding 
16Senior in Animal Sciences award at the Division of Animal 
17Sciences Undergraduate Awards Program on April 27, 2018; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Additionally, Caleb Grohmann has been active as a 
19member and president of the University of Missouri Swine Club, 
20the University of Missouri Meats Judging Team, and the National 
21Junior Swine Association Junior Board of Directors; and

1    WHEREAS, It is fitting and proper that the Illinois House 
2of Representatives should pause in its diverse legislative 
3duties and responsibilities in order to recognize such 
4outstanding collegiate students as Caleb Grohmann at momentous 
5times in life; therefore, be it
  
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
7HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
8congratulate Caleb Grohmann and wish him continued success; and 
9be it further
  
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
11presented to Caleb Grohmann as an expression of our esteem and 
12respect.
